The ICU 403 manages incoming protocols and controls for on-board electronic displays. The ICU features a graphic LCD display featuring controls for brightness and contrast for optimal viewing in various conditions and the operating software is available in various languages.

The layouts of the displays with texts, graphics and numbers are created on the PC using the editing software MIE and updated via the USB port on the front of the unit. When entering the data, the user receives feedback via an acoustic signal (beep).
