Shae brings a wealth of experience as a strategic HR leader, having partnered closely with CEOs and executive teams to drive business growth and transformation. She joins Luminator from Grace Hill, a software technology company, where she led the HR function through a period of rapid expansion, doubling revenue and navigating multiple acquisitions. Prior to that, she served as VP of HR & Risk Management at Continental Battery, supporting the company through significant workforce changes and operational improvements.

Her career spans leadership roles across manufacturing, aerospace, and technology, including time at L3, Genuine Parts, and Trescal, where she gained extensive experience in talent strategy, organizational development, and global HR operations. Shae earned her bachelor’s degree in human resources management and master’s degree in organizational development. With her strong background in HR leadership and business partnership, Shae is well-positioned to support Luminator’s continue growth and success.
