  • handling of spare orders
  • communication to customers regarding RMA status
  • communication to customers regarding spare part orders
  • maintenance of the KPIs in LSC
  • reduce runtime of RMAs

What you bring to the table …

  • successfully completed technical or economic training or comparable qualification
  • After Sales Administration experience 3-5 years
  • experience in maintenace of service related KPIs
  • work in multicultural environment & international business
  • very good language skills (oral and written) in German and Polish, good language skills in English
  • experience in and good customer communication
  • good skills in MS-Office
