His background spans business development, operational leadership, and building high-performing organizations in dynamic markets.

Focused on helping transit agencies operate more efficiently while enhancing the passenger experience, Michael oversees Luminator's North American business as president for the bus and plane businesses, including the Luminator Aerospace division. He coordinates regional operations, strategic initiatives, and business performance while ensuring customer needs remain at the center of decision-making.
Michael partners closely with customers, employees, and leadership teams to drive operational excellence and support global sustainable growth. His leadership helps align innovation, service, and execution to deliver meaningful outcomes for transit operators.
Based in Plano, Texas, Michael plays a key role in connecting regional priorities with Luminator's global strategy, supporting long-term growth and continued industry leadership.
Enrico serves as managing director for EMEA and APAC, where he drives regional strategy, operations, and business performance across a diverse and globally distributed market. In this role, he focuses on fueling growth and strengthening customer relationships across commercial, operational, and product teams.
Enrico brings with him 30+ years of experience in the automotive industry. He developed his career at IVECO and CNH Industrial and was later a general manager for IRISBUS (now IVECO Bus) and president of LATAM for FPT Industrial. Most recently, Enrico served as managing director of EMEA for ECCO Safety Group, CEO of the eBus division for Hybrid Kinetics Group, and the CEO and executive director of the board for Optare PLC. He has a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Genoa and is fluent in four languages.
With responsibility for a broad regional footprint, Enrico works closely with global leadership to align regional priorities with Luminator’s long-term strategy, helping to drive innovation, improve performance, and deliver sustained value to customers worldwide. He is dedicated to advancing sustainable growth and delivering unmatched value to clients across the EMEA region.
Puneet leads Luminator’s global technology strategy, including engineering, product development, IT, and innovation. As chief technology officer, he is responsible for advancing technologies that help transportation agencies improve safety, operational efficiency, and passenger experience.
Puneet brings more than two decades of experience scaling global technology organizations, modernizing complex platforms, and delivering software, cloud, IoT, and AI-enabled innovation. He is focused on strengthening Luminator’s technology platforms, accelerating scalable innovation, and advancing data-driven connected solutions that address evolving customer needs.

He oversees commercial, operational, and manufacturing initiatives that support market expansion and long-term business performance.
Guilherme plays an important role in strengthening customer relationships, improving operational efficiency, and supporting successful product delivery across the region. Richard has 25+ years of experience in global sales and leadership as a C-level commercial and legal director, regional director, and general counsel in public and private equity-owned companies. He has worked with a number of executive teams in the software, IT, and telecommunications industries.
Richard has a history of enabling profitable M&A transactions and exits. He was also instrumental in the successful launch of an IPO on NASDAQ Stockholm. Richard’s experience living and working across the globe, most notably in Italy, Switzerland, and Indonesia, makes him an ideal fit for Luminator’s global technology strategy. He is currently based in Stockholm, Sweden.
