Luminator is expanding its footprint in Europe with opening a second office in Sweden. This new office is based in the Science Park in Gothenburg, the home to several of Sweden’s leading development projects with a focus on mobility for tomorrow. Luminator is deeply committed to the ITxPT Association and its mission to enable interoperability between IT systems in public transport.

Luminator was involved with the first public transport project which laid the groundwork for the establishment of ITxPT and Luminator’s new location will allow Luminator to further support ITxPT work towards a public specification of an IT architecture based on standards with open interfaces, and our participation on the board and leading the working group defining the MQTT data driven specification based for AVMS2. This next generation specification enables the digital bus.
