MIE (Mobi Info Edit)
- A USER-FRIENDLY EDITOR FOR THE ENTIRE SYSTEM.
Editing and managing text and layouts for on-board displays is made easy through the use of MIE.
The Configuration Wizard displays your unique system of vehicles and displays. After that, assembling individual lines consisting of buses and displays plus layout templates and text rotation (MIE Advanced only) is very easy. After entering the respective display information, the lines are stored in programs that can be changed at any time. A bus simulator allows a preview of the fully configured display.
MIE is available in two versions: MIE Basic for outdoor displays and MIE Advanced for all displays in the route system including vehicle tracking.
Edit and Configure Exterior DisplaysBasic passenger information systems, in which the route is manually selected by the driver, can be configured quickly and easily with MIE Basic. MIE Basic supports the display of essential information - typically the destination and line number shown on the exterior display of the bus.
Entire-system Editing with Real-Time Route Display by Vehicle LocationMIE Advanced manages the dynamic display of passenger information for all lines – across all systems. All information for the exterior and interior displays can be pre-configured. Operation is easy and supported by a map-based route planning tool for simulating edited routes. Information changes along the route are then triggered by GPS or by the speedometer signal in the vehicle. The driver enters only the desired route - the route description and the announcements of the next stop are made automatically by the preprogrammed text rotation.
