II. The processing
The processing of personal data takes place in order to make an individual appointment with you at our booth, so that we can present our products and services to you and answer questions about them. By making an appointment, you enable us to plan the visit and focus on you as a visitor.
The legal basis for the processing is the consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 UAbs. 1 lit. a GDPR. You give this conclusively by providing your personal data and clicking on "Send".
This consent can be freely revoked at any time; in the event of revocation, the processing of your personal data will be terminated immediately with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing until the revocation. Please feel free to contact us at the above contact details to exercise your revocation.
Your personal data will be processed internally by the persons responsible for the booth and the contact persons there; it will not be disclosed to external recipients.
We will delete your personal data within two weeks after the end of the trade fair or immediately after you exercise your right of revocation. This does not apply if you also give us your consent to further storage for the purpose of maintaining business contact.
The provision of your personal data is not required by law or contract and is not directly necessary for the conclusion of a contract. However, by not providing it, it is not possible for us to provide you with an individual appointment.
Automated decision-making (profiling) is not carried out.
